Because TrainShorts operates using international fulfillment (dropshipping), delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and logistics conditions.

Estimated delivery times:

Germany: 7–20 business days

European Union: 7–20 business days

United States & Canada: 10–25 business days

Worldwide: 10–30 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Tracking Information

Most orders include tracking. Tracking details will be sent to your email once the package has shipped. In some cases, tracking updates may take several days to appear due to international logistics.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international shipments, customs or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

9. Delivery Confirmation

Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, TrainShorts.com is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
