1. Scope
These Terms apply to all purchases made through TrainShorts. By placing an order, you agree to the current version of these Terms.

2. Contract Partner
Your purchase contract is formed with TrainShorts.

3. How a Contract Is Formed
Listings on TrainShorts.com are invitations to order, not binding offers. A contract is only formed once you complete an order and we confirm it by email.

4. Prices & Payment
All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna, Shopify Payments, and any other method shown at checkout. Payment is due immediately when you place your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery
TrainShorts works with international suppliers, and orders may ship directly from our logistics partners. Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days. We're not liable for delays caused by customs, international logistics, carriers, or force majeure.

For deliveries from outside the EU, customs duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
EU consumers can withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving a reason — see our Right of Withdrawal Policy for details.

7. Returns & Exchanges
We also offer a voluntary 30-day return window on top of the statutory withdrawal right — see our Return Policy for conditions.

8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply under EU and German consumer law. If an item is defective, you can request repair, replacement, or a refund.

9. Liability
We're fully liable for intent, gross negligence, and damage to life, body, or health. For minor negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations, and capped at foreseeable, typical damages.

10. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until paid in full.

11. Data Protection

12. Dispute Resolution
We're not obligated or willing to take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Final Provisions
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains unaffected. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
