Right of Withdrawal & Returns

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer within the meaning of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a person you designate (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email):

You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not required.

2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

3. Returning the Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal, to the return address above. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

4. Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to the statutory withdrawal right, we voluntarily offer an extended 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Within this period, you may also return unused items in their original packaging. This voluntary policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory withdrawal right.

5. Reduction in Value
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

6. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, and to goods made to your specifications.
