Right of Withdrawal & Returns
1. Your Right to Withdraw
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. This period starts on the day you (or someone you designate) receives the goods.
To withdraw, simply send us a clear statement — an email is enough:

Using the EU model withdrawal form is optional.
2. Returning the Goods
Send the goods back to the address above within 14 days of telling us you're withdrawing. Sending them before the deadline is enough — they don't need to arrive by then. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.
3. Your Refund
Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we refund everything you paid — including standard delivery — within 14 days, using your original payment method, at no extra cost to you. We may wait to refund until the goods arrive back or you show proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
You're responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the product beyond what's needed to check it — the same way you would in a physical store.
4. 30-Day Return Window
Beyond the legal 14-day right above, we also accept returns of unused, originally packaged items within 30 days of delivery. This is an extra benefit on top of your statutory rights, not a replacement for them.
5. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal doesn't apply to sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and can't be returned for health or hygiene reasons, personalized items, or goods inseparably mixed with others after delivery.
